Pau Oliver

Pau joined the Elecnor Belco team in 2024, bringing with him a strong foundation from his years at Elecnor Spain, where he began his career in 2019. Based in San Marcos, Texas, Pau currently serves as an Area Manager, leading efforts to establish sustainable and scalable growth in the Texas market.

With a degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation from UIB in Palma and an International MBA from ESERP Business School, Pau combines technical expertise with strategic business insight. He primarily oversees Traffic Signal and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects, including one of his most memorable: the groundbreaking SH 130 Smart Freight Corridor in partnership with TxDOT and Cavnue. This project features over 45,000 feet of conduit installed by horizontal directional drilling and aims to integrate cutting-edge sensor and communication technology to enhance roadway safety and efficiency.
