James Condela

James Condela is Senior Vice President of Business Development and EPC / Special Projects at Elecnor USA, where he is a key driver of the company’s growth and transformation. He leads Elecnor USA’s developer-focused strategy across EPC delivery, renewables, Power Delivery, and strategic projects, working closely with executive leadership and operating companies to expand opportunities in existing and new markets.

James is also leading the development of Elecnor Project Solutions, an integrated EPC management platform that aligns engineering, bid development, and project execution across regions—accelerating growth and strengthening Elecnor USA’s long-term position in the energy and infrastructure markets.

Previously, James served as CEO and CFO of Continuus Materials, LLC, where he led a proprietary technology platform converting municipal waste into sustainable building materials and executed multiple financing transactions, including the sale of company assets to support the first commercial-scale facility. He also served as COO of Organix Recycling, LLC, overseeing nationwide operations across 40+ states, managing more than 200 employees and 500+ assets, and driving revenue diversification.

James spent more than a decade as an Operating Advisor with Pegasus Capital Advisors a middle market private equity firm, partnering with portfolio company leadership to deliver value through strategic growth, operational improvements, acquisitions, and successful exits across the energy and environmental services sectors.

He began his career at Hawkeye, where he built a strong foundation across engineering, finance, operations, and business development, and later returned after more than two decades of industry leadership, bringing that experience back to the organization.

James is recognized for his collaborative leadership, deep industry expertise, and ability to translate complex opportunities into executable growth.
