Dwayne Johnson Jr

Dwayne joined Elecnor Belco as Safety Manager in early 2025 and brings with him a strong educational foundation and a hands-on, people-centered approach to workplace safety. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Psychology and Public Administration, an academic background that supports his leadership style and focus on building a strong, safety-first culture.

Dwayne’s work is centered on protecting people and projects through well-defined safety policies, engaging training, and real-time mentoring. He was first introduced to Elecnor Belco while working on a project in Artesia Long Beach, where Belco served as a subcontractor. Now, as part of the team, he finds fulfillment in fostering a positive safety culture and navigating the dynamic pace of the construction industry.

With deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards, Dwayne thrives in high-pressure environments where adaptability and presence are key.
